Jeffrey Fuller Obituary

Jeffrey Lee Fuller

January 19, 1964 - March 8, 2025

It's with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeffrey Lee Fuller who passed on to be with the Lord on the morning of March 8th, 2025, surrounded by the people whom he loved dearly.

Born on 1/19/1964, in Roanoke, Virginia, Jeffrey Lee Fuller, son of late Ralph Lee Fuller and Patricia Owen Fitzhugh, Jeff was born in Roanoke to which he would call home for the rest of his life. He grew up in Cave Spring and graduated from Cave Spring High School. His deep roots in the community led to many long-lasting friendships and connections.

Jeff was a people person, and easy to talk to, which led to a successful sales and management career. He began his career in automotive sales with Royal Buick where he quickly excelled! That led to finance and sales management with various dealerships in the Roanoke and surrounding area. After almost 30 years in the business, he wanted a change that gave him more time to spend with family. He worked for MCM doing collections before he retired. Throughout his time working he made so many close friends that he has kept even after they no longer worked together. He loved and appreciated all of his work family, new and old.

He had 2 great passions! First, his family! If you were a friend, he considered you family. A very close second was hockey. He was always a big part of the Roanoke hockey community. It began when he was very young playing for Cave Spring hockey clubs being coached by his dad. His love for hockey grew from there, and he was so proud of passing that love to his kids and grandkids! He has been a season ticket holder and fan of all professional hockey in Roanoke. Jeffrey was also a big supporter of his grandkids' hockey, and the Valley Youth Hockey Association.

Jeffrey is survived today by his loving wife of 39 years, Lisa Fuller, Sister, Carmel Fuller Johnson and husband Dean, Son Jeffrey Lee Fuller II and wife Brandi, daughter, Alana Fuller Scruggs and husband Brandon, grandson, Isaac Lee Fuller, granddaughter, Rylee Grace Scruggs, and grandson Hudson Lee Fuller, niece, Lindsey Ann Systermann and husband Kyle, nephew, James Dean Johnson and wife Ara. He will also be missed by many in laws, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and close friends.

A memorial service to celebrate Jeff's life will be held at Grandin Court Baptist Church in Roanoke, VA on March 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Valley Youth Hockey Association.

Jeff will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. May his memory live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
