Nancy Emory Obituary

Nancy Clark Emory

March 7, 1943 - August 22, 2025

Nancy Clark Emory, 82, loving wife and mother, went to Heaven on Friday, August 22, 2025. She was married to the love of her life, whom she met while she was a student at Radford, and he was a student at Virginia Tech. They shared 60 wonderful years together.

She spent her career as a realtor, helping many people. She found joy in simple pleasures and delight in every flower and bird. She adored her family who will miss her so very much but rejoice in seeing her again someday. She is survived by her husband, Bill Emory; daughters, Lisa Petsko (Bryan) and Beth Letz (Keith); grandchildren, Katey Letz, Daniel Letz, and Sterling Petsko; brother, Nelson Clark (Kim); along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family will have a visitation on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 from 4 to 6 p.m., at Simpson Funeral Home (Peters Creek). A Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 11 a.m., also at the funeral home. Interment will be at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Oakland Baptist Church on Williamson Road.
