He served as an Officer however, due to injuries in 2005, Bob moved to the Admissions Department. When asked what his greatest professional achievement was, he would tell you, "Getting those veterans entered into the system."

Bob was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Walter J. Doyle Sr. and Barbara Fowler Doyle; his brother, Brian Doyle of Hebron, Conn.; and his son, William J. Doyle.

Bob leaves behind his brother, Waler J. Such fond memories of working for about 24 years with dear sweet Bobby. He was a friend to so many folks and worked so hard for the veterans. He was a wonderful man that will be missed by so many.

Sorry for your loss. Back in the 70's we rode together on what we called the 5th platoon. We also worked on the same shift for a short time as Sergeants. My condolences to your family.
