Klep & Helen were my neighbors for about ten years when I lived in my previous home. They were wonderful neighbors and just all-around great people. They made an impact on my live and I'm sure on many others. Klepper will be greatly missed ... as Helen has been before him.

We didn't know Klep very long before we moved away from Rockford, but his wife, Helen, was a longtime dear friend. We send our sympathy to his loved ones.
