I am sorry to hear about Dans passing. I remember him because he was like a cousin thru marriage. Dan was always fun and a real family guy. Jeannine Snider.

Sheila, Diane and I send our condolences to you and your family. We had such a wonderful time with you and Dan in the Washington DC area for lunch. We were inspired to purchase the CHIP books and modify our diets and lifestyles. Dan was such a kind and enthusiastic person. Best regards, Mark and Diane Freeland, Baltimore.

We are so sorry to hear about your loss. I will always remember Dan coaching softball when I played with (and against) Mindy. I am sure he was just as enthusiastic cheering all his grandkids as he was as cheering on his kids.
May all of your happy memories comfort your family in this time of sadness. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Jenny, Mindy, and the Snider family,
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Dan. My best recollection of him is from coaching/refereeing softball. He was always so nice and giving of his time. May your memories help you get through the tough times.

I remember Dan as a kind, he always had good things to say to and about others. Dan was gentle with how he treated people, never a harsh word or anything not kind. Dan was generous with his time. When something needed to be done, Dan could be counted on to get the job done in a first class manner. Dan was always there giving a helping hand to get the job done. There is no better friend then Dan.
Sincerely, RonH

I will remember Dan as a great uncle who always came to play with us kids. He was goofy and always had fun things for us to do. I pray for his spirit and for aunt Sheila during these times. May we all find peace. Aloha!

We at the "y" will miss Dan. He was so gracious and kind. He and his wife also added much fun in learning how to eat properly thru the C.H.I.P. program. I must thank him for hiring all of my sons and teaching them a trade. His and wife and he welcomed us into his extra family. Karen Swenson
