Maile we were so sorry to hear of your husbands passing. I know it must be very difficult. We lost our son Russ in a 2003 helicopter crash and he left his wife and two children, 3 months and years old at the time of his death, So we reallydo understand how tagic this is to you and your family. We have such fond memories of you and your Mom in Hawaii.

I am deeply saddened to receive the news of Dan's passing. I knew him as a fellow football official over the past two seasons. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and obvious intelligence, and I looked forward to seeing him again this fall. My heart goes out to his family and other friends.

For the Geis Family, I offer my prayers and condolences to all of you. This is such a shock and an undescribable loss for the entire Santa Paula/Sacramento communities. Dan and my daughters grew up together, were Mupu pals,and Dan & Summer have stayed close friends. Through this tragedy that has struck may the family and community hold each closer, knowing the love our Lord will encompass and keep us strong. I pray that His peace, love and comfort sustain your family during this difficult time. Maile & Nathan always remember Dan's smile and love of others. Dan was an amazing child of God and his spirit will continue on through everyone he came in contact with!

My mother and I are so saddened at your terrible loss. You are all in our prayers as we pray that Danny is at peace. Our memories go back to the island, the visit in Sta. First allow me to send my condolences and prayers to the Geis family on your loss. I had an opportunity to meet Daniel two years ago when he first became a fellow official. We were discussing my son's option to attend Cal Poly and he extended his contacts at the University. Only a good hearted person does that. We also discussed that we both work for the Legislature. This is such a shock to me because we worked several football games this year together. He will be truly missed.

He was on my crew for youth football and we worked together in high school as well...we fought to get him on our youth crew because he was a good official and such a positive and well liked person. I remember Danny when he was young and he was a really good friend of my brother Louie. I saw him grow up and his nick name was Goober. He always had a smile on his face. I am sadden to hear about the loss of such an amazing and smart person. May God bless all of his family through this hard time.
