Sacramento, California - Fabian Q. Generao of Folsom, California, passed away at age 83 in Sacramento, California on Wednesday May 26, 2021 surrounded by his loving and devoted family. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Submarine Force Silent Service and loyally served the U.S. government for 25 years.
