Keith Fudge Obituary
July 18, 1950 - July 14, 2021
Rancho Murieta, California - Keith Allen Fudge passed away on July 14, 2021, at age 70, of Stage IV melanoma in Carmichael, California. He was born July 18, 1950 in Omaha, Nebraska, moving to California with his family in 1954.
Keith was a wonderful man and devoted father: passionate, kind, loving and strong. After graduating from Rio Linda High School in 1968 and then from Sacramento City College, Keith served our country in the Army Reserve and National Guard. He then worked as a truck driver for several companies, traveling throughout the United States, and later became a Correctional Officer with the California Youth Authority. Keith spent his retirement doing the things he loved: golfing at Rancho Murieta Country Club and with the Sacramento Nomads, camping with friends and family in Yosemite National Park, hiking with his daughter and exploring his beloved USA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gale and Mildred Fudge. He is survived by his daughter, Lindsey Fudge; and his brother, Harley Fudge and wife, Amy, and their three children: Hollis Fudge, Heath Fudge and Heather Fudge LaMar.
There will be a memorial golf tournament for Keith on August 8 at 11 AM at the Rancho Murieta Golf Club. A Celebration of Life will be held at Rancho Murieta Community Church on August 9 at 4 PM. A private burial will be held at East Lawn Cemetery, Sacramento.

"Allen" Mills is so cute. Lindsey Is a doting mom. They are taking him everywhere already. Hiking, golf tournaments, etc. I'm sure he will inherit some of your outstanding qualities. Take care, Shelley

I´m so very sorry to hear of Keith´s passing. He was always such warm and caring man. We had so many wonderful conversations and glasses of great wines over the years. Rest In Peace my good friend, you will be missed.

I am so sad to hear of Keith's passing, he was a wonderful friend. We had many great times at Yosemite and the old WEMCO golf tournaments. Most of all he was a great father to Lindsey, his face would just shine whenever he mentioned her name.
Lindsey, may you be surrounded by wonderful memories and may they bring you comfort. I am so sorry for your loss. Rest in peace, Keith

I am so sorry to hear of Keith's passing. He was a wonderful person. I have so many memories of him at Calvary Lutheran Church in Rio Linda. He was a very active member and so much fun. Now he and Don, along with many others, are talking old times in heaven. My love to you, Lindsey.
