Kerri Chilimidos Obituary
Kerri graduated from Rio Americano High School, attended Heald Business College and had a successful career of over 35 years at Ingemanson Enterprises where she retired as the Chief Financial Officer.
Kerri was a generous, warm, loving person who never shied from helping others. She was known for her baking-she loved to make bread, muffins and candy. She also loved spending time in her garden and playing with her cats. She enjoyed watching movies-especially Monty Python, and dancing as she listened to music. Her love and vibrant personality were felt by all who knew her and she will be deeply missed.
Kerri is survived by her husband Michael Chilimidos, her daughters Emily Moorhouse (Kevin Sarro), Cydney Chilimidos (Katie Lauer), and Megan Chilimidos (John Alvarado), and her granddaughters Marceline Sarro and Penelope Alvarado.
Kerri's Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. St Francis Church, Sacramento, CA and a Celebration of Life Reception will be held immediately following at Thai Basil Restaurant, Sacramento, CA.

When people pass, I don't think of them as was, I still think of them as is, because their spirit lives on. Karri is a good cook. I have fond memories of wonderful meals with her, and I remember the first recipe she gave me for pasta salad. She was the first ultimate cat lady I've ever known, and her pets were unique, and well loved. She was never hasty, but very meticulous. She was a bit shy but always interested in you. We had lost touch but after many years we connected again. She had so much more to do, and I wish we had done some of it together. I wish her family peace in that she lives on in them. The world always seems a little bit empty when we lose someone that we love.
