Tom, Cliff, Laura, and Sharon..When you were growing up in Southern California, I spent lots of time at your house. Sometimes baby-sitting, usually just having fun. Uncle Roger was always busy with teaching, working nights at the Los Angeles Times, studying for one degree or another, building additions onto your house, and playing and laughing with you kids. I'll miss him, too. Love, cousin Judy xox

I'm so sorry for the loss of Roger. No one who has ever touched a heart can really pass away. They linger on in our memories of them.

Sharon and family ~ Unfortunately I don't know you and didn't know Roger but I am Roger's first cousin, Gayle's daughter. My mom was the baby of the family and of course Cleo was the oldest. I am sorry for your loss and for missing knowing you all better. I can tell from your note and from the obituary that Roger was loved...and that you all have a good sense of humor. Must run in the family. All the best, Penny Palmer Bach

My heart is broke, and I am sad
I will truly miss my Dad.
I'll miss the way he brought me laughter,
those lucky bums, in the great here after.

My heart felt sympathy for the loss of your Dad. I enjoyed knowing Roger and picking up walnuts in his orchard in Wilton in the summer. There are many found memories of knowing him. Hold fast to the good times and he will always be with you.
Love to the Family,
Linda
