Ryan Carroll Obituary

Ryan Michael Carroll

June 16, 1971 - November 20, 2024

Long Beach, California - It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our son Ryan Carroll. He now his wife Heather, the love of his life, in heaven. A graduate of Elk Grove HS 1989. Graduate of Sac State 1996. Retired after 25yrs with CHP predominantly South LA. He lived his life to the fullest. Enjoyed Football and Baseball and Jeeping. Hobby was making messages boards out of cut out letters and numbers from old license plates along with bird houses, garden flowers from scrap metal. He did this for fun giving not selling. You can see his work through out his neighborhood. Loved the outdoors. A long time member of ECV Brodie 64. He was a magical person as he had friends that scanned CA plus beyond. If you needed something he was there for you. He survived by his cherished children Olivia and Colt, parents Jeanne and Gary, his sister Kimberly, his niece Taylor & nephews Carter & Spencer Tomich. His cousins Barbara Belluomini , Jonathan Horan, Jason, Aaron, Brannon Gomez. Aunt & Uncle Christine & George Gomez, Aunt Toni Brewer. Those that left the world before him Uncle Gene Brewer and Aunt Gabrielle Roth. A celebration of life will be planned at a later date. God brought us an amazing son. Now he will be watching over his family as Guardian Angel. We love you our son.

Ryan Carroll - My cousin by marriage, family by choice. Thankful for all of the conversations we shared over the years and all of the wisdom shared. Reflecting on the words and advice Ryan gave me when I was grieving the loss of my brother leaves me feeling comforted and thankful for the tools to get through yet another devastating loss.

There are no words that are capable of accurately expressing my sympathy, so I will fall back on the classic "condolences to the family." Sending Colt, Olivia, Jeanne, Gary and Kimberly all of the love in my heart.
