Trisha Watson Obituary

WATSON, Trisha Lynn
Trisha Lynn Watson, age 21, was tragically taken from us on June 10, 2007. She was born on February 23, 1986, and was the beloved daughter of Douglas and Stephanie Watson and mother Deedra Johnson. Loving sister of Ryan, Emily, Sophia, Owen, and T.J. She graduated from Laguna Creek High School in 2004 and was a student at Folsom Lake College. She touched the lives of every person she came into contact with. Trisha was impossible to forget once you met her. She could light up any room with a brilliant smile that always reached her eyes. She always had stories to share that would make you laugh and brighten your day. She was by far the most kind-hearted, compassionate, genuine person you would ever meet. She was absolutely beautiful inside and out, and will leave behind footprints on our hearts and souls. Lord, we ask that you watch over the angel that always watched over us. Survived by her loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Services will be held at Green Valley Cemetery at 3004 Alexandrite Drive, Rescue, Calif., on Friday, June 15, at 10:00 AM.

Hello my Dear,
Not a day goes by that you are not thought of. Your lovely picture, and several with your friends, still grace the walls of my classroom. Each blossom season, I take time to sit under the crepe myrtle trees planted in your honor in the quad - and as I watch the students sitting and eating their lunch under these beautiful trees I think of you. It was always an honor to be your teacher.
Ever in my thoughts and prayers, Cynthia Dettner

My dear Trisha, sending love along with thoughts and prayers. You never failed to light up our classroom, you were always extraordinary (the best TA ever), an amazing BCA kiddo (Business Careers Academy), the truest friend your friends could ask for. I often sit during the day by your Crepe Myrtle trees (planted in the quad) and think of you. You touched all of us with love and light. You are missed my dear, each and every day.

It's been almost a year now...and it totally sucks. I miss you everyday. I think of you everyday. And in that one crazy moment when I think it's getting easier to deal with, I realize it will never, ever be easy and that I don't want to deal with it...so I won't. I love you and miss you more than you know.

To Trisha's family I am so very sorry for your loss. She was one of the kindest, and most loving people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We met while working at Mervyn's, and you were one of the first people there to befriend me and show me the ropes. We would talk and laugh, and talk about boys like we were 12 again. My greatest regret is when you moved we did not stay in better contact, as you were a person I loved having in my life. I have missed you since then, and will continue to do so. Rest In Peace Trisha.

Doug, I am soo sorry for your loss. Carlos, myself, Elvia and family will miss her terribly. I only knew her for the short time I have been in the family but she was the sweetest person who brighten the room up when she walked in. She always made a point to be there at the family outings and my 3 year old took to her like glue. Stay strong Doug and remember she is with God in a safe place. Trisha may you rest in peace.

Dear Family of Trisha,

I knew Trish from Big O in El Dorado Hills. I always looked forward to taking my car in for service with the hope that Trish would be driving me back home. She will be sadly missed by all.
I pray that Trish is in the arms of God and waiting for all her friends and family to join her.

God Bless you Trish

Dear Doug, Stephanie and Family,
I am very sorry for your loss of a loved one. She was absolutaly the Kindest person i have ever met. I remember when she babysat me, and she was, by far, the best babysitter ever. We had such a blast, and i will never forget her. You and your family are in my prayers and thoughts. Just lay all your burdens on God, and he will take them for you. I know that right now, we have no idea why this had to happen, but we know that God knows best. And we know that she is in a better place. She is with the Lord. And that is exactly where she is supposed to be. Even though her life was short, she was a light to everyone around her. I am so tahnkful that i had the privlidge of being her neighbor, many years ago. i will miss her very much.
Trisha, rest in peace.

To the Family, Co-Workers and Friends of Trisha~

I didn't know Trisha very well on a personal level, but we do business with Big-O Tires in El Dorado Hills, and every time I ever had dealings with Trisha, she was exactly as her obituary states. Kind, Caring, Sweet, Sincere, Honest, and Beautiful, inside and out. I can only imagine how much you, who spent your whole lives with her will miss her, as I will greatly miss her happy, cheerful presence, as will everyone I work with, who I have shared this tragic story with. Know that your beautiful daughter, friend and co-worker is in heaven with Jesus and that she touched more hearts in her short life than most people ever do! God Bless you and comfort you all...

Sincerely~

Doug, although I didn't know Trisha personally, I know it must be extremely difficult loosing a daughter. My heart goes out to you during this difficult time. You and your family will be in my prayers, and I know God will grant you peace in good time. We don't know the reason for these things, but we know God has a purpose for all things. May He be with you and your family through this time. We know one thing, God is with Trisha from this time forward.

May God bless you.

Doug & Stephanie,

We send our heart felt condolences to you and your family. We were shocked and sadden to hear the tragic news of Trisha, that words alone cannot express our sorrow. Please know that we will be keeping all of you close in our thoughts and in our prayers. I hope you will find comfort in the days to come by reflecting and knowing that Trisha is in a good place, truly an Angel watching over you.

We have the fondest memories of Trisha, she was such a delight to have around, such a bright caring young lady with such an enduring love for her family and her friends which made you instantly fall in love with her.

Trisha was very much a part of our family during the time we spent with her. Our girls shared many "first", there was the make-up, hair, nails, proms, grads and BOYS. I will never forget their first eyebrow wax. We have always enjoyed having Trisha in our home and in our lives. We thought of her as one of our own.

We were sorry that our girls drifted apart as friendship sometimes do, but we know that there was always a strong bond that could not be easily torn apart. A bond that continued to keep them closely connected. Trisha touched our hearts in many ways, she will be truly missed by all of us. We are so so deeply sorry for your loss.

May you all find peace and comfort in all of the cherished memories you have. Please let us know if there is anything we can do.

God bless,
Sandra,Tony,Anthony,Vanessa & Cindy Macias

MY SWEET SISTER, IT SEEMS I WRITE YOU ON EVERYTHING. WHEN I FIRST WENT TO YOUR DAD'S HOUSE ON MONDAY I SAW THE BOOK YOU HAD OF ME AND YOU. YOU REALLY DID SAVE EVERYTHING LITTLE THING IMAGINABLE. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW YOU HAD ALL THAT STUFF .I BROKE DOWN IN TEARS GOING THROUGH ALL THE FUNNY MEMORIES... LIKE WHEN YOU CAME UP TO SEE ME IN IDAHO AND PASSED OUT IN THE BATHROOM, LEAVING YOU RUG BURNS ON YOUR FACE. THAT MAKES ME LAUGH THINKING ABOUT IT. I KNOW AT THE TIME IT WASN'T FUNNY. BUT LOOK YOU STAYED AS BEAUTIFUL AS EVER NOT A SCRATCH OR TEAR ON YOU. ON SOME LEVEL I KNOW THAT YOUR NOT HEAR BUT IN REALITY I THINK I STILL BELIEVE YOU ARE. YOU ARE THOUGH, YOUR IN THE WIND AND THE SHADOW THAT FOLLOWS. I HEAR YOU IN MY DREAMS AND KNOW YOUR WATCHING. I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART AND SOUL AND I KNOW YOU WILL WAIT FOR THE REST OF US TO COME UP AND START A PARTY UP THERE.

Trisha has found a new home and it is in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May the blessings of the Lord rest mightily upon you today..you and your house hold. Doug, Steph, Ryan, Emily, Sopia & Owen...
We are so deeply saddened by the tragic loss of our Beautiful, Sweet, Loving, Smart, cousin. Trisha has the most infectious smile we have ever seen. She was such a gracious young woman full of ambition. The love and values you raised her (and all the children) with gave her such confidence and beauty that can never be match. I always thought that is was so wonderful that Trisha, Ryan, Aaron , Megan & Buddy were able to be together so much growing up, as they went through Franklin Elemtary School and beyond. I thought of them as the 5 musketeers..As our children grew up they didn't see each other as much. It just seems like yesterday we were taking 6th grade graduation pictures. I know the bond that thoses 5 share will live on in their hearts forever.
Mark and I want you to know how much our hearts are breaking. We have searched for answers why God takes our children, and there really is no good answer. Other than he selects only very special ones to heaven to become HEAVENLY ANGELS.
Doug & Stephanie, Please stay strong, she would want you to take care of yourselves. The love she has for you and her family is now and will always be the deepest blessing of all. We ALL will miss her so very much. WE all will remember her and love her everyday.
With all of our love and prayers. Your cousins,
Mark, Deb, Laurie, & Aaron

To the entire Watson family- I know Trisha from working at Mervyns in Elk Grove. I am in shock knowing she has passed. I can see her face, hear her laugh, everything about her as if I saw her yesterday. She left such an impression on all of us at work and we are all saddened by your loss. She had so much life in her. I remember when she said she was moving out of Elk Grove. She was so excited. My heart just cries for all of you now. May God comfort you at this time. She was a precious soul. Trisha,
I have such vivid memories of you almost forever ago. You were my best friend as I was a child. You befriended me no questions asked when I was new to Cali. I will hold on to those memories I do have of you and cherish them forever.

My dear sweet Trisha,
Your memory and life that you lived will be in my heart and mind as long as I live. I am still at a loss for words with the shock of you being taken so abruptly, but I am so thankful that I had the chance to have you in my life. You have given so much joy to everyone around you and you will be greatly missed. I wish you were here, but I will have to find comfort knowing that you are in a better place where hurt and sorrow don’t exist. You are beautiful inside and out and I love you so much.
Auntie Steph, Doug, Ryan, Emily, Sophia, and Owen, I am so sorry for your loss. I will be praying for peace and comfort for you all. How blessed we all are to have had such a beautiful woman in our lives.

Douglas, your daughter was such a delight to be around. She had that quiet confidence and beauty about her. You were so blessed to have her for the years that the Lord provided for you. Children are a blessing from the Lord. We don't determine for how long of a season that is, but your season was so blessed. She did touch many. I know you are a proud father. I know she left this world feeling loved.
