Victor Kotowski Obituary

KOTOWSKI, Victor Wally (Sr) passed away peacefully on the morning of September 24, 2012 after battling skin cancer. Victor is survived by older brother Walt, his son Jim and wife Julie, his son Vic and wife Lisa, grandchildren Genevieve, Jordyn, Jarrett, and Nick and extended family of nieces, nephews, and in-laws. Victor was born on July 30, 1928 in Utica, New York, and he joined the Navy in his early twenties; during his time serving his country he also boxed and played football. After leaving the Navy he spent most of his adult life in Oregon and California with the last 20 years in Mountain View with his wife and long time companion Ann who preceded him in death in 2010. A private service will be held and his final resting place will be the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, Ca. Contributions in lieu of flowers can be made to: American Cancer Society or the Wounded Warrior Project.

I remember that Bev fell madly in love with the tall, handsome, intelligent and charming Vic Kotowski and from that union had two extraordinary sons to be very proud of.
