Funeral services were held on December 14th for Wm. Richard Cobb, who died in Sacramento on November 30th. He was 93 years old. He is survived by his wife, Lynne, daughter Carol (Ron), son Mark Romero (Sharon), brother Michael Norris, M.D., and sister Maggi Cobb-Wessling. His loving family included brother-in-law Joe Larin (Judy), sister-in-law, Lee Ogg (Gary), and sister-in-law, Brigitte Larin (Tim). He was preceded in death by his brothers Riedlin Cobb and Robert Norris (Joyce). He taught at CSUS for many years and was a consultant for many private companies and state agencies.
