Caleb Archer

Caleb Hunter Archer, 42, of Rockwell, passed away on March 1, 2023 at his home. He was born Oct. 18, 1980 in Cabarrus County to the late Gerald Archer and Sandy Kirkman Archer. Caleb was employed as a roofer and handyman. In his spare time he enjoyed spending time outdoors and in nature. In addition to his parents, Caleb was preceded in death by uncle, Rusty Kirkman. Caleb is survived by his daughters, Courtney Archer of Gold Hill and Cadence Brumbaugh of Faith; grandson, Isaiah Archer of Gold Hill; brother, Flint Patterson (Lisa) of Talbott, Tenn.; uncles, Bobby Kirkman (Amy) of Rockwell and Danny Knight of Wilmington; aunts, Kim Wilkinson of Statesville and Wendy Brooks of Rockwell; niece, Sarah Patterson of Salisbury; nephew, Seth Patterson of Asheville; three great-nieces, two great-nephews and numerous cousins. Arrangements: There will be a private memorial service held at a later date. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his family to help cover funeral expenses.
