Caleb Archer Obituary

Caleb Hunter Archer, 42, of Rockwell, passed away on March 1, 2023 at his home. He was born Oct. 18, 1980 in Cabarrus County to the late Gerald Archer and Sandy Kirkman Archer. Caleb was employed as a roofer and handyman. In his spare time he enjoyed spending time outdoors and in nature. In addition to his parents, Caleb was preceded in death by uncle, Rusty Kirkman. Caleb is survived by his daughters, Courtney Archer of Gold Hill and Cadence Brumbaugh of Faith; grandson, Isaiah Archer of Gold Hill; brother, Flint Patterson (Lisa) of Talbott, Tenn.; uncles, Bobby Kirkman (Amy) of Rockwell and Danny Knight of Wilmington; aunts, Kim Wilkinson of Statesville and Wendy Brooks of Rockwell; niece, Sarah Patterson of Salisbury; nephew, Seth Patterson of Asheville; three great-nieces, two great-nephews and numerous cousins. Arrangements: There will be a private memorial service held at a later date. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his family to help cover funeral expenses. Caleb was a joy to know and will be truly missed by all those who knew him. Carolina Cremation is assisting the Archer family. Online condolences may be made at www.carolinacremation.com.

I loved my Cousin very much. He was a like a brother and I will Carry him with my through memories of our great childhood and all the fun we had growing up. I was blessed to have a loving family member like him thro good time and bad. I will miss you forever and always.
