Tammy Lee Austin

Tammy Lee Austin, 51, of Rockwell, passed away Friday, Sept. 14, 2018 at her home in Rockwell. She was born Jan. 1, 1967 in Hartsville, S.C. to Elsie Gainey Johnson. Tammy's every waking moment was lived for her grandchildren who she dearly loved. Tammy is survived by her husband Lowell Dean Austin, whom she married in April of 1992; daughters, Bridget Linder of Hiddenite and Brandy Linder of Rockwell; son, Joshua Austin and wife Shala of Hartsville, S.C.; sister, Debbie Crowley and husband Tim of Darlington, S.C.; and granddaughters, Jada Linder, Jasmine Linder, Jamie Linder and Nova Linder. Visitation: The family will greet friends and relatives on Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Powles Staton Funeral Home, Rockwell. Services in South Carolina: The family will greet friends and relatives on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2018 from 12-1 p.m. at Green Hill Church of God, 3945 Middendorf Rd., Hartsville, SC 29550. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, 2018, in the Green Hill Church of God with Jerry Gainey, officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
