Brock Betts Obituary

Brock E.J. Betts 1986 ~ 2008 Brock E.J. Betts, 22, of Richfield, Utah, passed away August 17, 2008, in Richfield. He was born Feb. 24, 1986, in Richfield, to Keven Dale and Kathy Ann White Betts. He loved wrestling, football, hunting and camping with his family. He loved his cousins and family and will be missed by all. Brock is survived by his parents; brother, Brad Dale (Cody) Betts; sister, Sheryl (Brendon) Certoma; nieces, Brashelle, Ashley and Taylor; grandparents, Doug (Peggy) White; great-grandpa, Max White, all of Richfield; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, E.J. and Bernice Betts; great-grandmother, Roien White; uncle, Gregory White; and many aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2008, at 12 Noon in the Richfield 5th LDS Ward Chapel, 800 North 500 East. Friends may call at the Magleby Mortuary on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and at the ward chapel on Thursday morning from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery. I am sorry to hear of Brock's passing. He was a cool kid who I knew not so closely during high school. He was in my Graduating class. He was an admirable athlete and good addition to our school. I lament for him. He is missed.
