John Blundell Obituary

John Blundell 07/30/52-12/22/02   John Scott Blundell (50) passed away Sunday, Dec. 22, 2002. He was born July 30, 1952 to Harry and Beverly Blundell. John married Lana Clarkson in 1972, then later divorced. He married Betty Blackwelder on May 1, 1980. John devoted 28 yrs. in various positions within the South Davis and WVC Fire Depts. He retired from WVC as the Fire Marshall to start his own Fire Investigations Co. He also loved deep sea fishing in Cabo, boating at Lake Powell and camping with the grandkids.  He will be missed by Betty, Brittany (Scot) Peters, Levi, Chris, Katie (Troy) Budo and mostly by his grandkids Bosten and Bruin Peters, Braxton and Brighton Budo. We will always remember and smile at his sense of humor and wonderful songs. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 28, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main where friends may call Friday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and again Saturday morning from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. prior to services. A graveside service will be held Monday, December 30, 2002 at the Bountiful City Cemetery.
