David Rubio Obituary

October 31, 1948 - February 24, 2015
David Young Rubio was called home by the Lord on February 24, 2015, at the age of 66. He was born on October 31, 1948. He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Eva Rubio; son, David Rubio Jr.; sisters, Celia Rubio and Alice Reynosa. He is loved and will be missed by his beloved wife, Ann Maria Sanchez Rubio; children, Christopher Rubio (Danielle), Eugene Rubio (Veronica) and Bridget Rubio (Steve); grandchildren, Isaac, Audriana, Ariel, Serenity and Noah Christian; siblings, Julian, Maria, Ernest, Albert III and Mario Rubio; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation is from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, with a Rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. Procession departs at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, for a 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery II. Services under the direction of Castillo Mission Funeral Home.

Was Mr. Rubio still in the steel tying business when he passed away? If I recall, didn't he have 6 or 7 crews working for him at one point? He was good at his craft. RIP.
