Dennis W. Blake

Dennis W. Blake, born on April 25, 1967 in Melbourne, Florida, passed away on November 12, 2005 in San Antonio, Texas. He was formerly employed with the City of Hollywood Park and presently with the City of Shavano Park as a Finance Officer. Dennis is survived by his parents, Charlie and Barbara Blake of San Antonio; grandmother, LaVerne Kunce of San Antonio; sister, Tracy Kosub and husband, Carl of San Antonio; three aunts and three uncles; two nieces, Sierra and Allison Kosub; numerous cousins and a host of friends. Dennis will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. SERVICES Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2005 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Mission Park Funeral Chapels North. The Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at 9:00 AM at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park North.
