He was a great educator, administrator, and friend. He was focused and determined in everything that mattered most to advance the good. He made positive, productive impacts on the world through the many people he taught and counseled. The world is a better place because of him. (His only fault and weakness was faithfully betting on Almorza in the backcourt at the Tampa Jai Alai fronton. Almorza always let us down.) Thank you for everything!! I miss you.

I knew Fr Landwermeyer in the mid 1970's as a counselor while I attended Marquette University. He was exemplary and helped me to achieve academic excellence by unconditionally guiding and supporting me as a human being in my worldy experience. I admired him. He was a compassionate influence at the time, that contributed to worldly successes. We were tied in Spirit.

God Bless you Brother.

A great person and mentor from my high school years at Nouvel Catholic Central in Saginaw, MI where Father Landwermeyer was principle in the mid 1980's. May you rest in peace. You will always be remembered.
