My condolences to his family. I worked at Datapoint and Intelogic Trace at same time as Phil. While at IT, periodic errands on behalf of my manager took me to Phil's office. I'll hold vivid memories of his standing in the doorway handing paperwork back after signing.

Phil was a great intructor and debater. He had a quick wit that we enjoyed thoroughly. I was fortunate to take several of his courses including the ones about the Supreme Court cases. And he took several of the courses I instructed on Christianity and History of Spain. Phil,we are going to miss you so much! May God bless you and your family!!!

Phil Freeman was a good friend and a fantastic legal advisor. I did many deals with Phil, agreed with him on many and disagreed on many but he always gave me options to work with. He was a really great legal mind and I miss him already. My best wishes to his family. My prayers are with Marilyn, Justin and the grandkids, his true loves.
