My daddy loved to play softball with all his brothers his children and our neighbors. His also loved to play cards, domino's and dance to all different types of music. He coached our teams and always came to watch me play softball and basketball. I was with my daddy the last week of his life before going to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. We we're at his bedside the last day of his life but my beautiful mom was the only one by his side when he took his last breath. All friends and family that knew my dad loved him and enjoyed being around him. He always asked for my family one by one to see how everyone was. Daddy, thank you for all you did for me and Jason. You are still loved and missed deeply, RIP now.
Love you always,
Jason and Sonja

My daddy lived his life to the fullest. He enjoyed playing men's softball, playing cards with us and our friends, playing domino's and he loved to dance. I was with my dad the last week of his life before going to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. It was a very difficult week but not expecting his life to end so suddenly. The family was at his bedside but my beautiful mom was by his side when he took his last breath. RIP my daddy, you are loved and missed everyday.

I knew Sam & his family all my life. He sometimes played with all of us as children. He was always there for his kids. I still remember when he returned from Vietnam. It’s hard to believe he’s gone. My deepest condolences to Alice, Sonja & Bernard. Rest in eternal peace Sam, you’ll never be forgotten.
