Lambert T. Brigoli
1946 - 2012
Lambert T. Brigoli, a resident of Nipomo, CA, went home to be his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on April 15th, 2012 after a lengthy illness. He was 65 years old. Lambert was born on December 21st, 1946 in Kaneohe, Oahu, Hawaii to Anthony and Helen Brigoli.
Lambert was a soldier in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, and was discharged honorably as a Sergeant upon completion of his service. He became a sports official for many youth and adult organizations. He traveled and worked in many areas including California, Hawaii and Nevada. Lambert was also a Grand Master Karate Instructor, and he trained many adults and children throughout the years. He was very dedicated, and trained out of his home and in studios. He organized karate tournaments, and was very proud of all his students.
Lambert had many hobbies and interests. He loved spending time with his wife, Josephine. He also enjoyed golf, BBQ'ing, bowling, watching old western movies, listening to Hawaiian music, and family gatherings. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor, his generosity, and the way he was able to make people feel as though they had known him all their lives. Anybody that met Lambert gained an instant new friend or family member. He was very open and always welcomed everyone into his home and into his heart. It was the Aloha Way. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Lambert is survived by his wife, Josephine "Jo" Brigoli of Nipomo; daughters Rachel "Aloma" Brigoli of Hawaii, Rochel "Tita" Miller of Hawaii, Raquel "Nani" Scrueon of Hawaii, and Ronyl "Kiki" Roller of Hawaii; stepdaughters Vicki Nartatez of Santa Maria, and Renee Crowe of Shell Beach; son Lambert "Tanoa" Brigoli Jr. of Hawaii; stepsons Richard Carlson Jr. of Oklahoma, Michael Carlson of Santa Maria, Joseph Carlson of Santa Maria, and William "Kelly" Carlson of Nipomo; brothers Robert Brigoli of Hawaii, Sibiliano Brigoli of Los Angeles, Anthony Brigoli of Hawaii, Albert Brigoli of Los Angeles, Pete Brigoli of Hawaii, James Brigoli of Texas, and John Brigoli of Hawaii; sisters Sharon Maxilom of Hawaii, and Sharlene Palakiko of Hawaii; as well as numerous grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

Pop, the visits I made to see you and mom where ever you went LA, Las Vegas, Shell Beach and Nipomo will be a memory never forgotten. I enjoyed watching you ref football and baseball games, in 100+ degree weather, going to a couple of shows in Las Vegas, watching you win on the Wheel of Fortune at the casino's, helping out with your Karate tournaments that was a fun experience the little kids were so cute. I learned how to golf so we all could go golfing together. Thank you for teaching me how to use a driver. You handled the drives to the VA Clinic for your treatments every month without any complaints even though we all new you were in pain. Thank you for making my mom very happy. Thank you for fighting the battle for as long as you did. I will miss you. Love Renee

Papa was such a great man. Though we only had him in our lives, shortly, he had such an impact on our families. When Grandma introduced him to us, it was like he was an instant Grandpa. We knew him all our lives. We got to experience new things, as adults, because of him! We would of never drove hours to Vegas to organize Karate Tournaments! LOL. But anything for Papa! And Louie and I are honored that we were his first students in the Nipomo Studio:) Grandma got to be married to the Love of Her Life. Though short, she got the chance. We will miss you, Papa Bert. And Little Guy will miss you much:)

Aloha Bert, you will be greatly missed. Eddie and I enjoyed visiting Jo and you in Carson, Las Vegas and in Nipomo. We had wonderful times together. I felt honored to be the Matron of Honor in your wedding. We enjoyed meeting your wonderful family. You gave Jo a lot of happiness during the years you were together. I can see that you were just as happy. I wished those years could have been much longer, seeing how happy you made Jo. You may be gone, but you are still in our hearts. Please do not worry about Jo, I'll be there for her when she needs me. You two mean a lot to Eddie and I. I know you are with OUR LORD and that you are in good hands. We'll met again one day in the Kingdom that is be waiting for all of us. "We love you."
