I graduated from Armstrong in 1970. Remember Coach Tapp as a very nice man. I'm glad he had a wonderful life. I agree with the other posting. The world would be a better place if it had more men like Coach Tapp.

Mrs. Tapp, Scott and Sharon, I remember your Dad from the days of Calvary baseball long ago. I was a little girl when y'all were in high school but remember your family so well because you were so central to Calvary athletics. I also remember Mr. And Mrs. Tapp from White Bluff UMC. I wish you peace and comfort during this time and the years to come. May God support you through the love of those around you and the memories of your Dad. The Swinfords send our love.

Coach Tapp had a gift for helping his students learn as much about themselves an they did about the sport he was teaching.

Scott and family, Dr. Tapp was an outstanding teacher from whom I learned a lot. He was a man of integrity that always worked hard to make sure his students understood the subject. He was firm but fair and a role model for being the best you could be. Sherri and I are saddened by his passing. He always amazed us in how great a shape he was in and what he could demonstrate. What a great role model for everyone who knew him!
