Frank will be missed by many and I can never forget his comment when I said we were toe nail cousins, his dad, my aunt/brother/sister and he said if my toe nails were fungus I couldn't be among us. Ray "Wisno" Wisniewski

Mary Ellen, we are so saddened to hear of Rooster's passing. I had the pleasure of working with him at Bemis for almost three years. He was the kindest and funniest of all. We were looking forward to another dining session at the Red Lobster. He must have been needed in a better place to liven things up. He was the best at doing that. He will never be forgotten. Rest in peace good buddy.

God came to Rooster late Thursday night and said, "Come with me to heaven, your loved ones will be taken care of and I will watch over them." So Rooster went to God with his arms open wide, knowing that we will all be safe and that we will miss him, but it was time for him to go. So God took Rooster in his arms and lead him to heaven. It was time

Mary Ellen & Frank Jr.,
We were really saddened by the recent passing of Frank (Rooster)! He will always be missed by all of us until the end of time. I will "always" remember the wonderful and great times we had together, with you & Rooster, Skidge, Bisco, Horse and Quacker. We were a "great" team. As an individual, Frank was the kindest, gentlest person anyone could ever know. He will always have a special place in our hearts. God has received one of the world's "Finest".
Our prayers will always be with you.
Love, Ken, MaryAnne and Kenny Thomas

To the Racis family I extend my sympathy.
The first time I met Frank was at an adult basketball game in Ringtown, It was a memorable evening.
Frank was a strong, hard, clean player who I learned to respect in a matter of minutes. A gentle giant who would always be there to help you.
Shenandoah has lost one of its finest.
