Jeffrey Moore Obituary

WELLS - Jeffrey T. Moore, 54, of Wells, Maine died Tuesday, December 11, 2018 in Portland, Maine. He was born December 7, 1964 in Boston, Massachusetts to John Thomas Moore (deceased) and Donna Schmidt Moore.

Jeff (aka Noodle to his longtime friends) graduated from Exeter (N.H.) High School, Class of 1983.

During his lifetime, he owned his own business and worked with his father in construction as a job foreman, a skilled equipment operator, and as a tractor trailer driver hauling equipment to various job sites.

Jeff was a member of Ocean Lodge #142 AF & AM masonic lodge in Wells and the Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association, an international association.

"Noodle" lit up a room with his big grin, twinkling eyes, his personality, and his devilish sense of humor. As a small child, he participated in single dog sled dog races, became an enthusiastic snowmobile rider, and finally an avid motorcyclist doing lots of charity rides with the Widows, Sons, and others for children's cancer and other deserving charities. He was also able to take 3 dialysis cruises on the Royal Caribbean through Hogs on the High Seas organization - one with his brother Kevin, one with his longtime friend Paul Titis, and one with his mother. But the most important thing in his life was his family.

Jeff was predeceased by his father, John Thomas Moore, in 2007.

Survivors include his son, Brett Moore and wife Kaleigh of Wells, Maine; daughter, Jessica Brouillette McOsker and husband Tyler, and his two grandsons, Frankie and Henry McOsker, of Wells; mother, Donna Schmidt Moore of Wells; and brother, and Kevin Moore and his partner Jana Zielinski, of Hampton, N.H. In addition, there are many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a large extended family.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held in Wells, the date and location to be determined and announced after the holidays. Memorial contributions may be made to Ocean Lodge #142 AF & AM, PO Box 142, Wells, ME 04090. If you knew him couldn't help but love him Jeff was one of those friends you could always count on for a good time and never knew how much of a good time you were going to have with him but you knew you were in for a fun time.
The Knuck knuck laugh was one you you will never forget and his smile made you smile.
I could tell stories for hours but some would not be allowed on a public forum those I will save for the day all of his friends get together to celebrate his life. forever remembered never forgot
