Jim and Inge Otey
February 19, 2011
To Barb and the family, Inge and I were shocked to hear of Jim's passing, and we know in our hearts that you and your families will deeply miss his presence. But his influence will be with you all for ever. A very obviously gentle and caring husband, father, grandfather and person.

Thank you for being such a wonderful father. Thank you for treating my mother like a queen. I will always look up to you due to your loyalty, passion for life, your lending ear, your sense of humor and helping so many people including the less fortunate. You will truly be missed by countless people but I must say, your legacy will live on forever. You were a true gift in my world and I will never forget you; I will miss you immensely. Love always and forever, Tracy ?
