Rana,

We will miss your sweet smile. We will miss you offering us coffee on a cold night in the barn when the mares are foaling. We will miss you playing with our baby, telling Lad to "get down!". We will miss seeing you ride Doc and even out shoveling manure! I wish I would have known or had been able to reach out and touch your life more. I remember eating bonbons with you and Maram and watching "Never Been Kissed". I remember going out to Red Robin when your mom and Ed were out of town. Mostly though, I remember your sweet spirit and the love you had in your heart - how you always chose to look on the bright side of things and always gave people a second chance. Your life was so short, Rana, but I thank God that I had the privilege of knowing you. I know we will meet again one day in Heaven. We love you.
