He also coached high school soccer for several years and had a special place in his heart for his players. Stefan had an exceptional interest and vast knowledge of family history and was the official family genealogist. He loved any history, especially local, civil war and presidential.

Stefan gave hope and life to those he would never know by generously registering as an organ donor. His wishes were honored. He would be very proud.

Stefan enjoyed his large family and spending time with his parents, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. His friends were also a very important part of his life. He treasured every one of them.

Survivors include his mother, Frieda Basham, three sisters, Ramona Kroenke (Dwight), Maria Letourneau (Todd), Bernadette Basham, and one brother, Aaron Basham. I met Stefan playing Paul Clover Soccer. He was the best on the team but never acted like it. He was always kind to me and had a great attitude. Shocking to hear he has passed.
