Born in San Francisco to Italian immigrants from Piemonte, Italy, Salvina Accornero and Filippo Savio on May 26, 1932. Beatrice passed away peacefully early Sunday morning, Dec. 27th, at home.
Devoted wife for 64 years to Emil Bertana. Beloved sister of Aldo Savio. Beloved mother of Jim (Linda), Mary (Barry) and Paul (Sharon). Adoring grandmother of eight, and loving great grand mother of 3.
Survived by relatives in US and Italy.
Private services have been held.
In lieu of flowers family prefers donations to Sutter Care Hospice or charity of your choice.

Dear Jim and all the Bertana's. I wish you all Blessings and Strength in the knowledge of the deep Love in your family to get you through this sad time. My mother's name was also Beatrice and hopefully they will meet on the other side.
