Deborah Rabin Obituary

Deborah Nickerson Briggs Rabin A woman of extraordinary passion who lived a life defined by family, friendship and unrelenting vitality, died Jan. 18 at her home in Mill Valley. She was 75. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, George Wright Briggs and Bettina Nickerson Briggs, of Wellesley, Mass.; and her former husband, Dr. David Dee Rabin, of San Francisco. She is survived by her daughter, Katherine Rabin and her husband, Tim Porter, of Corte Madera; her son, Joshua Rabin, of Long Beach, and his fiancée, Carmen Santana, of Los Angeles; her sisters, Jane Lecomte, of Paris, and Lucinda Hall, of Marlborough, England; her nephew, Edouard Lecomte, his wife, Karina Dimidjian Lecomte, and their children, Vanessa Grace and Alexander Remi, of Paris; her niece, Alexandra Lecomte, of Paris; her nephew, Tarquin Hall, his wife, Anu Anand Hall, and their children, Maurya and Malini, of London and New Delhi; and her nephew, Alexander Hall, of London. Services will be private. Contributions may be made in Deborah's name to UCSF Foundation (B1415-RadOnc Roach) P.O. Box 45339, San Francisco, CA 94145.
