EVELYN CUNNINGHAM Obituary

Evelyn Frances
Cunningham
88, of Sonoma, CA, passed away Friday Nov. 9, 2012 at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
Born in 1924 in San Francisco, Evelyn was preceded in passing by her Father Patrick Cunningham and Mother Mary Harte Cunningham as well as her sister Marie Pelletier and brother-in-law Peter Pelletier and brothers John Cunningham and James Cunningham and sister-in law Pauline Cunningham. She is survived by her two nieces and their spouses Arleen Condrin (John) and Patricia Duffield (Larry), four nephews and their spouses Michael Cunningham (Judy), Phillip Pelletier (Mary), Neil Cunningham (Susan) and Gerry Pelletier (Anne). She is also survived by 12 great nieces and nephews and 16 great-great nieces and nephews as well as many cousins both in the US and Ireland. Evelyn retired from a long career of service with both the US State Department and US Treasury Dept. A dedicated family historian, Evelyn used her vast experience traveling the world for the State Dept. and her new found love of the internet to research and chronicle the Cunningham and Harte families ancestry extending back many generations. Friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Duggan's Mission Chapel, 525 West Napa Street, Sonoma, CA, at 4:00 PM followed by a Vigil at 7PM.
A mass will be held at St. Francis Solano Catholic Church, 469 Third Street West, Sonoma, CA 95476. Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma, CA on Saturday.
