John Conroy Obituary

John "Jack" Conroy packed his forever bags on August 15, 2024, at 85 years old. Jack was born to Alfred and Marion Conroy, and was a "good ol' Mission boy" who attended St. James, St. Ignatius, and the University of San Francisco. He resided in Novato for 49 years, after he and his wife, Andra Bianco Conroy, moved to the suburbs.
Jack leaves behind his wife, Andra; daughter, Marci (husband, Aaron; and grandchildren, Sophia and J.D. Rhodes); and his late son, Martin (grandchildren, Stella and Bianca Conroy).
After college, Jack joined the San Francisco Electrical Union Local 6. Over the years, he rose through the ranks as a proud electrician going into office as president, then a business representative. He was a dedicated union leader, known for helping people on their journey.
Jack retired at 55, and he and Andra started traveling the world. Jack enjoyed playing cards, sharing stories, and cheering on his favorite home teams -the 49ers, Giants, and Warriors.
A private family burial was held on Wednesday, August 21, at Valley Memorial Park, in Novato. Donations in Jack's memory may be thankfully made to St. Jude's.

Jack worked with my father so later he became uncle jack to me. Jack and his beautiful wife will always have a place in my heart.
