Dear Karl, today would have been your 87th birthday. Rather than mourn the absence of your flame, I am rejoicing and celebrating how brightly it glowed and touched so many hearts; especially mine.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

To all of Karl's loved ones I am sorry for your loss. Although I have never knowingly met Karl I can't help notice his memorial appearing every year. Since my days of delivering newspapers I have always made a great effort to read the obits. Hopefully you will all attain a high place in heaven for remembering him.
