Mary was our neighbor and dear friend. What a gift it was to have her as an example in friendship, gardening and most of all parenting.
She was a remarkable woman.

Mary Eleanor Walsh was one of the nicest, sweetest woman I've ever had the pleasure to meet. One afternoon at Veronicas' home she showed me while setting the teapot on the table, to always warm the pot befor putting the tea in. I've been doing it ever since and think of her as I do it. She passed exactly 5 years after my own mother passed. May they both rest in peace and enjoy a cup of tea together.
