Dear Linkwitz Family,
We have been very good friends over so many years going back
to the year 1962. You were helpful in finding my wife when we decided to go to ESL. My first date was in your black VW beetle to Carmel. We sometimes lived close to each other. We shared many experiences in the "community".
Then there were periods of time when we would see each other less frequently.
When my wife Ursula was diagnosed with cancer you were very supportive of her and myself, going even beyond the time of her passing.
I am very thankful for all the things you have done for me and my family.
January 2017 was the last time I saw Siegfried when I came to visit from Spain where I live now. When we said good buy we did not know that I would not see Siegfried again.
Sorry I could not come for your celebration, but I was with you in my thoughts.
Sending you my loving thoughts
Rüdiger

I worked with Siegfried at Hewlett-Packard here in Santa Rosa. He was a very knowledgeable engineer with a great personality and outlook on life. He will be greatly missed. My condolences to his family and friends.
