Simone Gallagher Leveille passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2024. Born in France, she was beloved wife to Hubert Gallagher and Al Leveille, both who preceded her in death. She was a loving sister to Marguerite, Jacqueline, and her much-loved twin sister, Micheline who preceded her in death. Simone had a long and fully lived life and her greatest legacy are the people she raised who are kind, caring and productive. She was beloved mother to John, Madeleine (who preceded her in death) (Chuck) Crawford, Marie (Jose) Camacho, Dominique (David) Wardell, and Kathleen (Patrick) Finn. Loving and adored grandmother and great-grandmother to David, Michelle, Monica, Leslie, Stephanie, Delaney, Mac, Jason, Mia, Max, Benny, Harper and Hudson. Simone came to San Francisco, a city she loved, as a young bride. A great friend to many and an enthusiastic dog and animal lover. She was a strong and kind woman who helped many in her lifetime and whose strong Catholic faith guided her. Visitation February 19, 2024 from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m., Rosary at 6 p.m., at Duggan's Serra Mortuary, Daly City. Funeral Mass February 20, 2024 at 11 a.m., Church of the Good Shepherd, Pacifica. Private family interment. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation the SPCA.
