Craig and I dragging Val into the Russian river against her will. Lori declaring how she was only in the eighth grade. Fond memories.

Dear Licciardo family,

My heart is breaking for your loss, please accept my deepest condolences.

Dancing at the prom on a bay cruise in a tie and cummerbund made by Val and Audrey, swimming on a hot summer day at the family pool (always under Audrey’s watchful eye) debating fervently with Audrey (always about religion) and driving around in Val’s brown 280Z are but a few memories that bring a smile to my face some twenty years later.

I have not seen Val since then, but have thought of her and the Licciardo family often. I remember the love and closeness and how important each member of her family was to her. Val was a bright light with a warm smile and generous spirit who always made people feel special.

I will miss her and continue to cherish the time I spent with her.

Love,

Bryan

Even though I had not seen Valari since high school I have thought about her often. Just recently I was telling my husband about a crazy prank we did (and got caught for because of her license plate)in high school. She had a generous heart and a great smile that I remember lit up the room. My prayers go out to her entire family and friends. There is another angel up in heaven.

It is with great sadness that I write this note...most of my happiest memories were spent with Valari, Lori and Mark at Johnson's Beach in Guerneville during our summers together and at your cabin with Nana. May God's Love guide you during this most difficult time.

My sincere love, Ann Margaret Carlin and all the Carlins.

We are sad and shocked by this news, and our hearts go out to the whole Licciardo family. We were classmates of Valari's at Millbrae School back in the 70's, and we will miss her deeply. May God be with you at this difficult time.

We will see you again Valari!

Love Steve and Hildie
