Andrew Likas Obituary
Andrew Jon Likas, age 41, passed away Friday evening at Sunny Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born February 25, 1973 at St. Nicholas Hospital, Sheboygan. He attended St. Peter Claver School and graduated from Sheboygan South High School in 1991.
Andy was an avid golfer, fisherman and hunter and attended golf-pro school in Florida. During his career he had been employed at Black Wolf Run and Whistling Straits Golf Courses in Kohler and Cleveland. He was also a businessman, having owned the Osthelder Saloon in downtown Sheboygan Falls. Andy took a keen interest in mentoring young people by fostering their interests in the outdoors.
Andy is survived by his father and partner, Richard Likas and Dawn Seehaver (Howards Grove), his mother and step-father, Judith and Wallace Thiel (Presque Isle, Wisconsin) his brother, sister-in-law and nephew, Aaron, Aleah and Reed Likas (St. Louis, Missouri), his special cousin Lisa Case Mitchell, aunts, uncles, cousins and many amazing and supportive friends.
Andy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Frank and Vernice Likas, maternal grandparents, Cyril and Cyrilla Rosenberger and his beloved dog and companion, Diesel.
Two receptions are scheduled to honor Andy, both to be held on Thursday, May 8, 2014. The first will be held at Sunny Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center from the hours of 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. The second will be held at the 52 Stafford Restaurant, Plymouth, Wisconsin from 7:00 P.M.- 10:00 P.M. Friends, relatives and aquaintances are invited to attend both receptions.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Andy Likas are encouraged for the Sheboygan Humane Society.

I'm Andy's first cousin. I have many memories of good times with Andy and hanging out at our grandparent's house frequently while growing up. He'll be missed.

My thoughts and prayers to your family on the loss of Andy. I went to high school with Andy and he was an incredible person. He was always polite and friendly to everyone he interacted with. He will be greatly missed.

I had the honor of knowing Andy through the activities of Boy Scout Troop 816. He was a few years younger, but always energetic and willing to help out and learn new things... My sincere condolences to his family.

I had the privilege of working with Andy at The American Club. He is a great memory for all who worked along side him, his great sense of humor will be sorely missed. We lost a great, genuine caring soul my thoughts and prayers are with your family, and Andy.

Judy and family.....my sincere condolences....what a loss! Andy was so charismatic and had so much to offer. We are so sorry for your loss.
