Robert Reichert Obituary
Born and raised in Sheboygan, Bob passed peacefully into Eternal Life on June 28, 2013, at the age of 84 in Cudahy, Wisconsin. Bob loved life and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Alice Mae (Tollefson); his parents; and his brother, Richard Reichert. He is survived by his brother, William (Joan) of Dawsonville, GA; sister-in-law, Catherine Reichert; several nieces and nephews, extended relatives and many, many good friends.
Bob was born in Sheboygan on May, 17, 1929, the son of Magdalene (nee Stoelb) and Victor Reichert. He was a member of the class of 1943 at Holy Name School, and graduated from North High School in 1947. Bob served in the Army from 1951 - 1953. After the Army, Bob began a long career with the United States Department of Agriculture as a meat inspector, most of his working career was spent at Patrick Cudahy in Milwaukee. He and Alice were married on October 7, 1967.
Per Bob's wishes there will be a visitation at Forest Hill Memorial Park, 3301 E. Forest Hill Ave., Oak Creek, WI, at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 23rd followed by a brief Catholic Burial Service at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob's name can be made to the American Cancer Society and Project Concern of Cudahy.
