Tracy was the happiest person with her vivacious spirit. Her passion and love of life shown through every where she went. She was beautiful inside and out. My many memories with Tracy and her Aunt Pam will be cherished. Tracy had an infectious giggle and could bring a smile to anyone. God must have needed a special angel. My heart and prayers go out to the survivors.
