Thomas Jubeck Obituary
Milwaukee
Thomas V. Jubeck, of Milwaukee, passed away peacefully Monday April 5, 2021 at the age of 83. He was born Dec. 8, 1937 in Ironwood, Mich. to Thomas and Louise Jubeck (nee Prospeck). He graduated from AD Johnston High School in Bessemer, Mich. and went to college at Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Mich. He became a Industrial Arts teacher in Hesperia, Mich. until his retirement. He was the dear brother of Albert (Pam) Jubeck, the late Leona (Joe) Tauer, Raymond (Mary Jane) Jubeck, Walter (Della) Jubeck, Helen Angeline (Eugene) Jubeck (Skoli) and Geraldine Jubeck (Scully). He is further survived by other relatives and friends. The graveside funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, May 22, 2021 11 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery, 798-400 E. Cinnebar St. Bessemer, Mich., 49911.

I am so happy to say that Mr. Jubeck was one of my teachers. He was very patient with most of us. My fondest memory of him was during drivers training when he made us drive in "gangster style" and one handed for a short time since he knew "you won't drive the proper way as no one does so get comfy but stay safe and on the road."
I was just telling my daughter about him a couple of weeks ago and how he had us drive.
He was a great man and teacher. RIP Mr. Jubeck!

Mr. Jubeck was amazing and I loved him as a teacher - I'm pretty sure he was one of my favorites who taught me a lot about myself and what I enjoy doing most in my free time. My love for woodworking, saws and welding is because of all I experienced in my high school years. None of it: Woodshop, Metal shop / Welding - it doesn't exist any more and it's unfortunate, because kids need this type of learning these days!
I like to make stuff cuz of him and i should have been a carpenter. He always said: "Ehhhhh knock it off" to us. He had the patience of a saint as we threw chunks of wood at each other and acted like dummies. - Good times. RIP Mr. Jubeck - you were and always will be one of the greats!
