Christopher Hiller Obituary
Services celebrating the life of Christopher S. Hiller will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at Living Word Family Church in Bossier, LA. Officiating the service will be Rev. Wayne Watley and Rev. Jim Girouard. The family will receive visitors from 9:00 to 10:00am at the church.
Chris went to be with our Lord and Savior unexpectedly on Sunday, March 10, 2013. He was born on July 7, 1977 to parents Robert Hiller and Kathy Spearman Hiller. Chris was preceded in death by grandfather, Palmer Leo Hiller and grandmother, Mozell Leflore Hiller. Left to cherish his precious memory are his mom, Kathy Hiller of Shreveport, LA., dad, Robert Hiller and wife, Mary Hanna of Red Water, TX., grandmother, Lucille Darrow and husband, Emmit of Bossier City, LA., sister, Robin Hiller of Shreveport, LA. and two brothers, Phillip Hiller of Paris, TX. and Patrick Hiller of Shreveport, LA.
Chris worked for John Ducas Entertainment, as a karaoke DJ. He loved to write poetry and was a wonderful soul who never met a stranger. He was full of life and love he had so much compassion for others and forgave easily. He enjoyed music and loved to laugh and make others laugh as well. He sought after and developed a strong relationship with God.
Honoring Chris as pallbearers will be John Ducas, Tyler Gillespie, Steve Harper, Patrick Hiller, Nolen Strange, Rick Kennedy, Michael McCrary, Adam McWhiney, Asher Warren and Danny Wollen.

Chris, you were such a loving, giving and special soul. You were instrumental in helping my son in choosing the path he is on, and I'll never be able to thank you enough for putting him on such a positive path in his life. You leave behind so many people that love and respect you. God truly has another bright, beautiful soul in heaven with him now. I was heartbroken to hear of Chris' passing. He was a true friend who always went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. I know that this is a loss deeply felt by all of his family and friends. My prayers are with all of you during this difficult time.
