Dear Eddie and Family
We are so very sorry for your loss. The days ahead are going to be very hard and you will be in our thoughts as well as our prayers. Eddie, we are sorry we couldn't be there with you. We may be 7 hours away, but you know that we are there in our hearts. Miles and time can't take the love that we have for ya'll away. We have been thinking about all the great times we had with you and Mattie Lou, with a few tears and a few laughs. We cherish those memories and will never forget them. Mattie Lou took a piece of our hearts, and we know there was love with every hug and kiss. There will never be another Mattie Lou, she's one of a kind and we are proud to be just 2, in the many lives that she touched. Words can't really express how we feel about her, We love her, we will miss, and we will never forget her. The world will never be the same. Eddie, we love you and if you need anything let us know.
We love you 2 bits Mattie Lou!

Dearest Eddie and Family,
Pude and I are so very sorry for ya'lls loss of Mattie. Our prayers and thoughts will continually be with ya'll. You know Eddie, Mattie was such a special person to Jim. He loved her very much, he always told me that Mattie was such like a sister to him. He truly valued the friendship that they had with one another. And they had some fun times together. I will miss knowing that Mattie is not here with us. Mattie was always so sweet to me. And we had some very good laughs. I used to love to have ya'll come to Subs and Clubs when I was there. It made the day extra special. Even though we have not been able to see ya'll much in the last few years, we LOVE ya'll very much. We know that everyone is going to miss Mattie soo much. Eddie in the days to come we will be thinking of you and, stay strong and celebrate the Love that you and Mattie had for one another. Jim and I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH. May the good Lord Bless and Keep. With Much Love,
Pude and Rhonda

Dear Eddie and family,

It was a great honor to serve as your director in the planning of the service for your loving wife and loved one. I wish that I had known her, as I have you, since you were just a young boy. I know that she would be proud of the way that you planned this service.

Please know that you will be in my heart and prayers for days to come, and, know that you can call on me if you have questions or needs in the future.
