PIQUA --Joseph W. "Joe" Grunkemeyer, 63, of Piqua, passed away at 3:13 p.m. Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at the Upper Valley Medical Center. A service to honor his life will begin at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

A few days ago the world lost a good man. He was kind, funny and very giving. I have know him for over 50 years and he was the best man in my wedding. We went through a lot and stayed good friends. He will be missed by all. RIP Joe G.
