Jerry Eckert Obituary
A 52- year resident of Canyon Country, he moved mountains as a true leader in his profession of an Operating Engineer, and also in his love for his departed lifelong sole mate, Charrie Eckert.
As a Dad, he will always be in our hearts and a part of who we are. He is survived by his sister Beverly Cramer, his brother Rodney Eckert, his 4 sons Dean (Margaret), Dennis (Melissa), Darren (Pam), and Dale, along with 3 grandsons, 3 granddaughters, and 4 great grandchildren. He will be missed by many, and as a racer, that includes his garage.
Funeral arrangements will be held in Lompoc Cemetery later in 2021 when all can be together again.

Hello everyone,
I am Gerald Eckert's granddaughter. With the sudden and unexpected passing of my Grandfather, Gerald Eckert, and the current situation with COVID, Unfortunately, we will have to postpone a memorial service. We are hoping that this will clear up sooner rather than later, to be able to celebrate the life of this wonderful man. We will be holding off until we can all be together to do so. Us as a family are asking for anyone who would like to be part of, to please email us your contact information, so when the time does come, we are able to contact everyone directly with the arrangements. We want to make sure that no one is left out. Thank you everyone for your continued love and support.
