Aimee Sample Obituary
Azle, TX—Aimee Dora (Toberman) Sample, age 52 of Azle, Tx, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Harris Methodist Hospital, Fort Worth, Tx. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and daughter. Aimee was born June 23,1967 at Memorial Hospital,Belleville Il. The Daughter of Thomas and Charleen Toberman. She grew up in Springfield, Il. area graduating from Ashland Il. High School in 1985 and attended Illinois State University in Normal Il.She had a beautiful smile and singing voice and loved to cook for her family and friends. She is survived by her husband Rhett Sample of Azle ,Tx. parents Thomas and Charleen Toberman of Burlington ,NC.and daughters Samantha Nudo and Stella Sample both of the Fort Worth area. sister Jenifer Lyons of Carolina Beach, NC. brother Thomas Toberman(wife Jeannie) of Burlington, NC. aunt Kathleen Hamilton of Oceanside, CA. mother in law Myra Sample of Springfield, IL. and many beloved nieces and nephews. She will be profoundly missed. Final arrangements are pending.

i am so sorry to hear about Aimee. I went to high school with her. I was bullied and made fun of by many of the students but Aimee was always kind to me.

I am really sorry to hear that we lost Aimee. I was just thinking of her today and that's when I found out. Ugh. My heart hurts at this news. My condolences go out to her family and friends. Aimee was such a sweetheart. I hadn't seen her in ages but I have good memories from back in the day. One of them: Feeling so fortunate to sit with her on her parents' front porch talking until late one night, then less fortunate when I ran out of gas around Farmingdale Road and had to walk the rest of the way home in Springfield. Another was working on a film project in 1983 that has yet to be completed. Sigh...this is really sad news. Sending you a lot of love, Aimee.

Aimee was kind as well as beautiful. She was a big part of both mine and my mother's life. I'll always remember her laughing and smiling. All my love to Samantha and family during this sad time...

At Rhett's funeral service, Aimee was so kind to me, she went out of her way to ask if I would ride to the luncheon with them and they would return me to Auburn, she knew I had driven my self..... She also gave me a rose from Rhetts flowers...... She had realized how close we had been to Rhett, ( he and Tony were a pair) I'll always remember her kindness. BOBBIE BEROLA, AUBURN, ILLINOIS

I went to Junior High with Aimee and she was one of the happiest people I knew. She always was so kind and always had a smile on her face. My condolences to the family.

The Toberman family, So sorry to read about Aimee. I remeber when you all lived across the street on Lowell Ave here in Spfld. She was such a wonderful person and fun to hang around with.
