Patty, Steve, Jack and Chase, I am so saddened when I just learned of Staceys passing. I am so very sorry for the loss of your beautiful Stacey. I met her when she was a young girl coming out to San Diego for a visit with her Uncle Jim. I saw that she was really a little angel sent from the heaven. And, I still cherish the memory of the CF walk one time in Springfield with her and the rest of you. May the memories of her last forever in your hearts and minds. Rest in peace, Little Angel.

My condolences for your loss. I never had the opportunity to meet Stacey but we connected through sports and the Tennessee Titans, as well as John Carrigan from Wells Fargo when she was a young girl. John informed me of her passing and it hurt my heart even though we were only connected through the love of a game and a Team. God bless you.

I met Stacey as a little girl at Little Flower School in Springfield, Illinois. I was one of the secretaries there who used to give her medicine every day at lunch. I remember her as beautiful and charming. She would hide from me playfully sometimes, and sometimes she would sing for me! We shared a laugh every time I saw her. Goodbye sweet princess as flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.....Peggy Mason

I had the privilege of "meeting" Stacey on the Duke Transplant website, before her transplant. My son, who also has CF, had his transplant last August. Stacey had some questions, that I tried to help her with. I then had the privilege of meeting her when she was inpatient at Duke, after her transplant. I followed her posts. She was a true fighter..both as a CFer and a transplant patient!
To Chase, Jack, her parents, the rest of her family and friends, you are in my thoughts and prayers! May God Bless and Comfort you during this most difficult time of sorrow! Heaven has gained another angel! RIP Stacey

Sending love, prayers and comfort to the Brown family and friends during this time. What a beautiful representation of love, courage and so much more through Stacey's life. She touched many lives in a short amount of time. I pray that as each new day passes, her legacy will heal grieving hearts and flood your souls with everlasting memories.....

I give my sympathy to all of Stacey's family. Even though I did not know her, it saddens me that yet another beautiful person has passed from cystic fibrosis. Looking at Stacey's picture reminds me of my own CF daughter who became an angel 16 years ago at the age of 30. My daughter, Kim, and I spent many hours with CF fundraisers. I pray Stacey's life was enriched with some of the medical progress over the past several years. Love to you all.

My heartfelt sympathies to everyone in Stacey's family. I did not know Stacey, but I know Jim Casson very well since college. I'm the one who made 5 purple scarves for Scarves for Stacey. When I got new sneakers, they came with white laces that I didn't like so I bought purple laces to honor Stacey and her fight against the disease. I hope someday that there will be a cure. Rest in peace, Stacey.

Prayers to Chase, Jack, Steve, and Patty. I am truly honored that I was blessed enough to meet Stacey. She was beautiful inside and out and always had a smile on her face. I told her that she was my hero and when I felt down I always reminded myself that if she could keep a smile on her face with everything she was going through that I most definitely could as well. I'm going to miss her and our little chats. RIH beautiful angel.
