In May of 1987 Neil was united in marriage to Suzanne Ferguson in Sacramento, CA and they moved to and made their home in Concrete in 1988, moving to Marblemount in 1993. Since moving to Skagit County in 1988 Neil has worked in the timber industry and operated his own logging business for several years.

He was a caring and sensitive man who loved being with his family and friends.
